How to Order
ORDERING ONLINE
In order to place your order in our online store you will need to :
- Provide us the necessary sales data in order for us to process your order.
- The unconditional acceptance of the sales terms, the terms of use and especially the acceptance of the collection and the use of personal data.
Next to our products, in every page of our online shop italia-job.gr, you will find an icon to add the products to your shopping cart. You can navigate to our online store and add the products you wish to buy to your cart, by clicking on the icon.
To continue shopping, you can choose from the main categories, the one that contains the next item you are willing to search and also add it to your cart.
Once you have finished adding products to your cart, press the "Go to checkout” icon.
In order for you to complete your order, it is not necessary to be a member of the online store kaliakatsosmenswear.gr, but we would advise you to become a member, in case you wish to track your order or save it for later. Also the whole process will be much easier for you next time you are going to visit our online shop.
If you are not a member yet, press the icon <<create>> , to create your account and fill in the registration. Please use a valid e-mail. We will need it to contact you. Even if you do not wish to become a member, we will need you to provide us your personal information such as: invoicing and ordering address, e-mail, phone contact, details for the establishment and completion of the contract between the two parties.
Ordering process
The order is completed in 5 steps:
- Identification ( log in, register or continue as a guest)
- Billing and shipping address
- Select shipping method
- Choice of payment method
- Confirmation and registration of the order
In case of any pending issues in your order, we will contact you at the details you have stated.
In case you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail regarding your order and you haven’t been notified by our staff members by phone, it is your obligation to inform us without delay, as there may be a problem with the contact details you have stated.
Our company does not bear any responsibility, in case you have entered the wrong contact details and as a result it is not possible to communicate with you.
